Inflatable rubber mandrel( inflatable rubber airbag used for manufacturing culverts) is a kind of cylinder bag that can expand, shrink, used to form concrete component of cavity, in the process of manufacturing  hollow component, put it in the middle, and filled with compressed air, make the capsule expand,  as the concrete component solidification then can empty gas from the cavity, pulled out the capsule.
